Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Senior Building Envelope Consultant to work alongside the founder and principal and assist in grow with the company. We are ready to hire a highly capable, progressive and forward-thinking professional with experience in similar roles. We will rely upon that experience and look to this professional to pave the path for future hires and growth. This person should not be afraid of change, as it will undoubtedly happen daily on our path forward. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with client and contractor interaction, leading progress meetings and knowledgeable on a multitude of building products. Most importantly, the candidate should have great prioritization skills and be able to act with minimal guidance based on the vision of the company.

THE ROLE:
Take the lead on complex projects, guiding teams to success with your expertise in building envelope systems. You’ll mentor less experienced consultants and shape the future of envelope engineering with innovative solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare construction documents for restoration of facades, roofs and waterproofing with minimal oversite.
- Conduct field inspections and documentation of restoration work in progress.
- Lead progress meetings with all interested parties.
- Promote a trusting environment that fosters employee growth and embodies company culture and core values.
- Identify new work opportunities and prepare proposals for potential projects with new or existing clients.
- Ensure operational staff productivity and timely deliverable creation.
- Conducts Façade and Parking Garage Ordinance inspections.
- Assists in marketing activities to promote the company and build relationships with current and future clients.
- Resolves issues that are presented by our clients and team members in a quick and satisfactory manner.

- Competitive salary ($110,000 – $180,000) per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills and qualifications.
