The Role
Take the lead on complex projects, guiding teams to success with your expertise in building envelope systems. Mentor younger consultants and shape the future of envelope engineering with innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare construction documents for restoration of façades, roofs, and waterproofing with minimal oversight
Conduct field inspections and document restoration work in progress
Lead progress meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Foster an environment of trust and growth that reflects our culture and values
Identify new opportunities and prepare proposals for projects with new or existing clients
Ensure productivity and timely deliverables for operational staff
Conduct Façade and Parking Garage Ordinance inspections
Support marketing efforts to strengthen relationships and promote the firm
Resolve client and team concerns quickly and effectively
