His expertise includes façade restoration, roofing and waterproofing design, parking structure rehabilitation, and historic preservation. As a licensed engineer and founder of Duffy Engineering, Kevin brings a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset to each project, balancing technical rigor with real-world practicality. He is known for his responsiveness, clear communication, and ability to deliver long-term, cost-effective solutions that help clients protect and extend the life of their assets.

KEVIN BUDD
Senior Building Envelope Consultant
Kevin Budd brings over 25 years of experience in design, construction, and project management, including large-scale restoration and renovation projects across New York City. His career spans public and private sectors, with past roles at institutions such as the New York Public Library. Kevin brings hands-on expertise in façade and roof restoration, FISP compliance, and construction management, including estimating, constructability reviews, and team leadership. He is particularly skilled in coordinating complex scopes with multiple stakeholders and navigating the technical, regulatory, and logistical challenges of occupied and historic buildings.

Senior Project Manager
Stephanie Brown is a Senior Project Manager at Duffy Engineering with a unique dual role that bridges technical execution and business operations. With a background in structural and building envelope engineering, she brings deep experience in structural design, restoration consulting, and client communication. Stephanie contributes to engineering calculations, proposal development, office systems, and client engagement. Her ability to manage both project work and internal processes makes her a valuable asset to the firm and its partners. She is passionate about mentorship, continuous improvement, and creating structures that serve people and communities.
