KEVIN DUFFY
Principal
Kevin’s areas of expertise are building envelope consulting and operations. Along with being a Professional Engineer, Kevin is both a Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (QEWI) and a Qualified Parking Structure Inspector (QPSI) in New York City.
Prior to his tenure at Duffy Engineering, Kevin worked at a building envelope firm in New York City and Boston.
In his spare time, Kevin enjoys golfing, snowboarding and spending time with with his daughter and two sons.

STEPHANIE BROWN
Senior Project Manager
Stephanie focuses on structural design and handles billing and office management duties. Previously she worked as an engineer at a leading structural firm in Westchester, NY working on buildings ranging from single family homes on Cape Cod to commercial buildings in Queens.
She is the mother of 3 young children and enjoys puzzles, cooking and baking in her free time. She is also an avid New England Patriots fan.

EMILIO SAN MIGUEL
Executive Assistant
With over five years of diverse experience as an administrative assistant and requirements analyst within diverse industries, Emilio brings a proven track record of managing complex projects and implementing successful systems. His expertise in optimizing processes ensures efficient project coordination and enhances customer satisfaction through meticulous documentation and client support. Tech-savvy and adaptable, Emilio excels in communication and organization. Emilio’s analytical and organizational skills allow him to deliver innovative project management solutions that drive success and meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Emilio enjoys exploring new technologies, reading, and enhancing his knowledge of business management. In his free time, he loves reading, traveling, and engaging in outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling.
